Me & My Baby Therapy Rooms & Clinic offer a truly unique and nurturing, holistic environment. Providing treatments for women before, during and after pregnancy. Me & My Baby is located directly opposite Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, the clinic offers a calm and relaxing space with a range of one-to-one therapies, exercise, information and support for women and their partners.

There is a full program of care from the moment you decide to conceive until your baby’s first birthday along with 3, 6 and 9 month packages containing a selection of treatments, yoga, antenatal classes and workshops to support you and your partner throughout your pregnancy and the postnatal period. A new pre-birth package designed to boost energy and encourage labour has also just been launched.

The Clinic’s own Signature Treatment frequently cited as “the Best Massage I’ve ever had” and created by Me & My Baby’s founder and aromatherapist Lisa Barnwell, is ninety minutes of pure 'blissed out' tranquillity for body and mind. It’s perfect for mums-to-be, at all stages of pregnancy and post birth or those seeking relief from fatigue, tension and stress. This intensive holistic treatment will balance your emotional and physical state, giving you time and space to relax whilst a firm rhythmic massage, reflexology and acupressure with personally chosen pure essential oils will boost your immune system and improve wellbeing.
