Nutritional therapy is a natural approach to restoring and maintaining good health through the use of diet and supplements. It addresses the underlying causes of your health problems rather than just the symptoms, and often results in general health benefits such as improved sleep, weight loss and increased energy, in addition to addressing specific areas of concern.

Zoë Kirby is a nutritional therapist, specialising in nutrition for fertility, pregnancy and children’s health; she carries out consultations at clients’ homes throughout the SW London area and has seen great results from her clients since launching her business in 2003. Consultations are based on a detailed analysis of clients’ diet and lifestyle, and address their health objectives through an individually tailored nutrition programme that is reviewed every few weeks in follow-up appointments. Specific cases may include supporting couples nutritionally through an IVF programme or helping them to conceive naturally; reducing pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness and anaemia; improving post-natal health in mother and baby; and assessing food allergies and behavioural problems in young children.

In addition to individual consultations, Zoë also runs workshops for small groups, on topics such as boosting fertility, healthy pregnancy and food for babies and children.
