Born on 2nd September 2005, The Good Ship is a bar, pub, club and music venue all rolled into one. It's a transmogrification. Consider The Good Ship an extension of your own front room with a jukebox in. The Good Ship is actively committed to providing a space where you can while the hours away over a few drinks while providing loads of entertainment.
DJs, bands, film afternoons, free entry stand up comedy, quiz nights are regular features of The Good Ship. Designer clothes sales and anything else interesting/innovative that they come across is also promoted. Not karaoke though, no. They sell a wide range of beers, wines and spirits and must be one of the few places in London that sells real ale after 11pm. They have a 100 cd juke box and they change it regularly to keep it nice and fresh.
Opening hours: Mon - Thurs till 2am Fri - Sat till 4am. Sun till 2am The Good Ship says no to alcopops, fruit machines, change on a plate. They say yes to real ales, singing, customers of all ages and enjoying a friendly, non pretentious atmosphere.
Looking to host a private party?? The Good Ship offer private hire of their venue at very reasonable cost and usually completely FREE. We can handle 240 people, DJs bands, screenings and lots more. Plus they have a license til 4am on Friday and Saturday and 2am on all other days.

Sunday nights
Anna Petchey, Kilburn, NW2 4BJ
I highly recommend a sunday-blues-busting visit to the Good Ship. We Kilburn girls shed a tear of relief at the demise of Zds, and are grateful to the Good Ship team for creating a venue with a whole new atmosphere upon the same spot. There is great music on Sundays (the one we saw was all funk and fun, and the lead singer has charisma by the bucketload). After a couple of drinks you'll be up and dancing with little concern for the working day ahead! I look forward to visiting the market on a Sunday afternoon.
P.s. Whoever classified this as Islington - we are a world away here in Kilburn!!
