Fit For A Princess specializes in group outdoor workouts, bootcamps and personal training for women. Their fun and friendly, yet supersonic & shape-busting workouts devised by women for women have given them their first class reputation for getting results and giving women a more positive approach to training. Their trainers are fit and fab, committed to helping clients sparkle from top to toe.

Workouts now take place in 4 South West London parks:
Clapham Common
Wandsworth Common
Eel Brook Common (Fulham)
Wandsworth Park (Putney)

They run a flexible Mon-Fri outdoor workout and running class timetable across the 4 parks with classes at 6:15am, 9:30am and 7:30pm all year round. You only need to book up for each term (12-15 weeks), so no year-long contracts and each term is themed with a change of workout style to ensure their Princesses never get bored.

For those just wanting to be a Princess at the weekend, Fit for a fiver takes place on Saturdays and Sundays where you can drop in for a fiver! They also offer 2 week bootcamps (check out the hundreds of testimonials on their website if the word bootcamp scares you!) and female focused events such as ‘Gut Busters’ abs master classes and the ‘Triple Bootcamp’ experience.

If you aren’t into the group stuff, their team of personal trainers can train you 1:1 at your home or local park.
