The Special Yoga Centre is based in North West London and is the UK home of Yoga for the Special Child™. Operating out of three large studios we offer yoga, Pilates, Capoeira, Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes all of which support our work as a registered charity providing yoga therapy to children and adults with specific requirements in the Brent community and beyond.

One large studio is dedicated to children, mums, babies, and pregnancy yoga, with regular children's yoga, kung fu and capoeira courses, pre and post natal classes for mums and baby massage! Classes are offered at a variety of times to accommodate all lifestyles. Baby Massage courses are held on revolving 5 week schedules, call to book!

In another studio practitioners can partake in adult hatha, dynamic flow and astanga classes of all levels. The Astanga Vinyasa system fuses breath and a sequence of postures (asana) in a powerful practice which develops strength, flexibility and awareness as well as detoxifying the system. Practiced regularly, Astanga can also calm the mind and make the practitioner better able to cope with the stress and pressures of daily life. We run two astanga classes weekly and an advanced dynamic flow class on Saturdays. Or visit the ‘donation only’ hatha yoga class with celebrity yoga instructor Howard Napper on Tuesday evenings at 5:45 pm.
