Butterfly Dance caters for adults and children in North West London. As well as the children’s Butterfly Dance Academy, they also run an adult Classical Ballet class in London’s Queens Park.

Classes, will not only help to improve your posture, alignment and co-ordination, but will increase flexibility. The exercises help to sculpt and tone your body whilst creating lean and lengthened muscle. Participants are encouraged to realise the beauty of ballet as an art form.

The class begins with stretching and follows with exercises taken from the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. Each week a short ballet sequence is taught where participants are required to add discipline with creative expression. The class is friendly and accommodating to new comers and beginners.

“Butterfly Dance” provides teachers for hen parties and children’s dance parties. A range of styles can be chosen from for example Bollywood, Street/Hip Hop, Disco and Ballet. The parties are great fun and can be tailor made to suit individual needs.

The children’s “Butterfly Dance Academy” is ideal for parents who need an hour to catch up while their sons/daughters learn how to dance. At the end of every term parents are invited to watch a presentation of dances their children have learned.
