Striding Out's aim is to inspire, connect, promote and support entrepreneurs to help them achieve ultimate success. The Striding Out mantra "together we are far greater than when we are alone" is just what many budding entrepreneurs have found to be true - with the help of the Striding Out community. It consists of young, like-minded individuals (here are a few to be inspired by!) who actively learn, support and connect with each other, to develop essential entrepreneurial skills and supportive relationships.
Striding Out provides each member with a dedicated business coach, who understands the individual business, facilitates connections and co-ordinates the delivery of services tailored to meet their needs. The services include:- One to one coaching, Inspiring speaker events and dinners, Interactive learning and development workshops, Expert advice and online resources.

An excellent service

Heather and the Striding Out team have been a great support to us at Kinked. We met Heather about 6 months into officially starting our design agency, through Business Coaching sessions she helped us in developing a clearer business focus and put an operational structure in place, that has lead to our growth plan and forthcoming expansion. In addition having someone to bounce ideas off and ask the questions that make us stop and think when we are maybe running off on a tangent has definitely been needed.
We also regularly attend Striding Out networking events, which has been a great reason to leave the studio at a decent hour and meet new people of a similar age to share experiences with, learn from or offer a helping hand to now we are a little more experience ourselves. Plus they are often in these great little bars I've never been to.
