Local Hero sources the best suppliers and ingredients possible as they firmly believe you are what you eat! They use organic coffee from Peru to make smooth coffee that can be enjoyed with some of the delectable cakes on offer and sell organic sourdough bread, a selection of jams, chutney, Southern Alps Muesli, teas and biscuits.
90% of the customers are regulars which says a lot about the business. Local Hero takes pride in getting to know their customers, remembering their name and what coffee they drink. Many customers call Local Hero their second home!
Local Hero supports local artists, whose art is displayed in the shop and can also be purchased.

This is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to. The menu is well rounded and the juice selection is second to none. Each morning the usual pastry's are on display. The orange juice is fresh and sweet. The ham and cheese comes on great granary bread. The juice choices never seem to run out with a selection from pear, banana, apple ginger, pomegranate, carrot and loads others. Always stop by when you're in the Fulham Road.
